Position your soldiers as efficiently as possible Zombie Defense is a straightforward game in which the goal is to repel wave after wave of zombies using well-trained soldiers placed in strategic spots. You can move these soldiers between fixed spots on the map and arrange them as you wish, not to mention the fact that it’s also possible to upgrade their abilities in order to make them more resilient and powerful. Each level features multiple rounds of zombies you have to repel, and each wave is stronger than the last one. You are rewarded with money for your success, money that can be used to purchase more soldiers or upgrade the ones you already have. On top of that, you can also spend the money by reinforcing defense points and calling down all sorts of supply crates or airstrikes. Many enemy types to watch out for As mentioned before, enemies get stronger after every wave, but there are also multiple breeds that make an appearance every now and again. Some are quite big and powerful, so they usually require multiple soldiers in order to be put down. In some cases it can be enough to use a special ability on them as well, such as throwing a grenade or calling an airstrike. The graphics are not exactly state-of-the-art, but you have to keep in mind the fact that the game was designed to run on mobile devices as well. This is not usually a problem, but in this case the controls are a bit awkward on a keyboard
