A spiritual successor to Miss Eyesore where you play as a prisoner lost in a prison far from home. Sometimes games are so successful that other developers offer their services in developing or helping in the creation of a sequel, or a prequel. That is exactly the story with Miss Eyesore 1964, a spiritual successor that acts as a prequel to Miss Eyesore, where you play as a prisoner lost in a prison far from home. How it all began The plot takes place in 1964 at a high-security prison somewhere in a frozen wasteland. You play as one of the inmates and you are suddenly awoken by the monstrous roars of something right outside your cell. The story is a bit more complex compared to the first title. Now you have to restore the power in the entire prison so that you can exit through the fire escape. More so, now Miss Eyesore can roam around in the light too, and you can see her slowly shambling towards you before pouncing on your and turning you into dinner. Now you stand a chance The prison in this game is far more complicated than the power plant you were trapped in the previous title, so moving around is far more difficult. You will need to find for keys, open and close door to gain a benefit, all while trying not to trap yourself inside in the process. If Miss Eyesore doesn’t seem to be enough of a handful, the weather is not your friend either, as the blown out fuses mean that the heat is not working either. Besides scavenging for a way out, you need to find yourself a method to keep warm, or else you will end up dying as a Popsicle. Escape the cold embrace of death If you are the type that enjoys monster games where you can’t fight back, or survival games where you need to move around and scavenge just to stay alive, then you should try Miss Eyesore 1964. This little title delivers both elements in great fashion, and does the original game justice.
